Weekend in the Valley of the Sun!

Since my job at Home Depot is over for the summer we were able to make a trip down to the valley to do some school shopping and visit family. We stayed with Scott and Heather the first night. When we got there we went swimming in their neighbors pool, who is not there during the summer and are having Scott and Heather watch there house. So they get to use it whenever they want! It was really fun. Then we had delicious BBQ hamburgers afterward. On Sunday we were able to go to their ward and then to another ward's sacrament meeting to listen to Scott speak as a high councilman. Shirley and her kids came over and we all had a yummy dinner together. I went home with Shirley that night so that I could help her with some things. On Monday my parent picked me up and we did some more shopping and then had dinner and FHE with Shirley and the kids that night. We left Tuesday afternoon so that my Dad could get back to work the next day. It was a nice short trip, and just enough to remind me how hot it can get down there!
